The building, a single-family residence, is part of a experimentation with the use of exposed concrete with wood texture. Conceived as a single-material volume, exposed concrete is both structure and finish.

Full and empty spaces alternate thanks to the large windows that frame the garden of the house: each room has its own view that ensures maximum communication between inside and outside. The large sliding openings in the bedroom area are concealed, allowing the interior space to be managed as desired.

A circular skylight illuminates the internal distribution system from the top, a corridor that leads to the different rooms of the house, diametrically dividing the sleeping area from the living area.
