Inside the Old Town Hall, one of the most famous buildings in the Czech Republic built in 1338, the design studio SGL Projekt has created the city’s new tourist promotion office. The town hall consists of a complex of five mediaeval buildings whose cantonment is decorated by the famous clock, a Gothic erker and a massive prism tower.

The richly decorated halls date from different historical periods and testify to the development of the complex over time. The beautiful Cor-Ten steel window frames framing the medieval vaults, made with the FerroFinestra W75 TB system, create a fascinating visual dialogue between history and the contemporary.
