Designed by Nancy Elgar, this private London residence blends tradition and contemporary design, reinterpreting the Victorian bow window in a distinctly modern way. Spanning two levels, the project features expansive glazed openings and internal steel partitions, with one of the main design challenges being to maintain visual continuity while incorporating fire-rated glazing systems.
To meet these requirements, FerroFinestra W40 Fire was selected for the interior partitions. The system delivers the required fire performance while preserving the clean, minimalist aesthetic that defines the architectural concept.
